As a psychotherapist registered with the Australian Counselling Association, Eliza brings forth a wealth of diverse experience, catering to clients spanning across a wide age range, from 6 to 65 years old. With a particular focus on mental health concerns among adolescents and young adults, she has a special interest in emotion focused therapy, attachment theory and evolutionary psychology to understand and process anxiety, depression and interpersonal relationships.

Each session goes for 50-60 minutes and is $160 per session.

Cancellations
A $75 cancellation fee is required for cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment.
